MoU Performance Evaluation of the company is based on a Balanced Score Card’s approach and includes Financial and Non-Financial Parameters. The Financial Parameters Field relationships include sales and Profitability related ratios. The Non-Financial Parameters comprise of dynamics parameters such as projects relating to CSR, initiative for growth, customer focus, and Technology and Innovative practices, Human Resources, Productivity Improvement etc.
